Overall Renovation Process:
❶ Inspect target premises
❷ Draft preliminary floor plan + preliminary quotation
❸ Select renovation materials and style + confirm quotation

❹ Commence renovation work + prepare temporary license application documents
(Project completion takes approximately 30-60 days)
• During renovation, a dedicated colleague will regularly visit the site to supervise, follow up, and report on project progress to ensure smooth completion.
❺ Provide information on various food and supply vendors for procurement
❻ Upon project completion, immediately submit completion documents to apply for a formal license
